How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the villa have? 6 bedrooms across two levels — 2 King suites and 4 Queen bedrooms — each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. An additional bathroom serves the gym.
Does the villa have a pool? Yes, a private pool measuring 14 m × 4.5 m, with a terrace and parasols.
Is there a sauna, a gym and/or an office? Yes. A sauna adjoins one of the upstairs suites, and the villa has a gym / office with a bathroom.
Where is the villa located? In Cavalaire-sur-Mer (Var, French Riviera), in the private Eau Blanche estate, on the hillside bordering La Croix Valmer, with sea views.
What is the size of the villa? 320 m² of living space over two levels, with a 120 m² ground-level terrace.
